Site: Phosphate fertilizer manufacturing plant in the Netherlands
In the production of phosphate fertilizers, industrial emissions from manufacturing processes can cause odor nuisance and impact the environment surrounding the site.
To address this issue, we implemented a dry-steam odor treatment solution on two process chimneys.
Our VS200 P cabinet, equipped with two diffusion spray nozzles, injects an odor-neutralizing agent into the gas stream. Atomized by compressed air, the reagent forms microdroplets, providing a very large contact surface with odor-causing compounds.
The treatment therefore acts directly at the source of the emissions, with continuous diffusion and optimized reagent consumption.
Neutralization of odor nuisance, reduction of odor impact, and control of industrial emissions.
