Excavation phase to remove soil polluted with hydrocarbons, PAHs and BTEX from a former industrial site in the city center. Project duration: 3 months
Odor treatment implemented:
To control the odors emitted during effluent treatment, we installed an air treatment system in the effluent discharge pipe. This treatment uses the dry-steam technique. We installed a VS 10 cabinet to vaporize our AIRHITONE A4S2 FLR P odor neutralizer at a low flow rate (30 ml/h).
The cabinet is installed close to the pipe to be treated. We use the pipe to diffuse our neutralizing agent into the city network. The treating air (fresh air + neutralizing agent) diffuses into the pipe, neutralizing odors at source before dispersal (manholes).
