Odor treatment implemented:
In order to control unpleasant odors from part of the process, we have implemented a dry-steam technique treatment. This method involves the ultra-fine vaporization (in gas form) odor neutralizer at a low flow rate. Particle size is very important, as the finer the steam, the greater the contact surface between the product and the stale air. This greatly increases efficiency.
The engineering setup includes 2 VS200 P dry-steam cabinets (one cabinet with one nozzle and another with two nozzles) to treat 3 stacks. The odor-neutralizing reagent used is a water-free reagent specifically designed to treat the odors encountered on this site.
The aim of this treatment is to ensure constant neutralization of odor nuisances.
