Méthalandes methanization unit

Méthalandes treats 153 000 tons of bio-wastes per year, including 17 000 of food waste and 136 000 of farming wastes. Theoretical capacity of the unit is 4.5 megawatts. Deodorisation of 2 tanks by dry vapour by means of cabinet VS220 with double nozzles :

• Heated tank : treatment of the tank vent at the moment of disposing of animal and industrial wastes
• Mixing tank : continuous treatment of the tank mixing different wastes before going to primary digesters
